KINETIC Sculpt® exists to empower women and men to maintain optimum fitness year round and engage in the world. If you create a relationship to real world activities, it makes your maintaining your health and well-being less of a chore.

Holistic fitness is a blend of of Humans Being, Humans Moving & Humans Doing. For every person, there is a relationship between self-esteem and accomplishment. We indulge in silly sports rituals and enact routines that validate us. We judge our performance in important activities in our lives, but also the most mundane tasks. We create movement strategies to compliment our strengths but we are also strategic in compensating for our limitations. It is these compensations that disguise cracks in our foundation and set us up for future problems. 

An integral part of being a human being is accepting one’s basic humanity, which includes understanding that no one is perfect, failure is often a necessary and inevitable part of life. Having a positive internalized perception of the efficiency of movement is self-affirming. It the basis of longevity and injury prevention. Isn’t this why we train? We train at KS to live life to its fullest.

…Strength - the inherent capacity to manifest energy, to endure & to resist.
…Focus – directed attention, and a clear perception.
…Power - physical might, mental or moral efficacy.

The OUTSIDE program is integrating gym routines with real life action. When you believe in yourself you have the first secret to success. Accept you are an athlete.

By definition, an athlete is a person possessing the natural or acquired traits, such as strength, agility, and endurance, that are necessary for physical exercise or sports, especially those performed in competitive contexts. If you don’t think this applies to you then my gentle encouragement is to step out of your denial. When you can you own and say,”I am an athlete” you will experience change like never before.

Now you are inspired to go explore life outside of the ordinary, particularly if you spend your doors days cooped up indoors. According to Psychological Science, people who lived in urban areas with more green space (parks, gardens or other green space) tended to report less mental distress and higher life satisfaction compared to individuals who lived in city areas with less green space.

Utilize all the green spaces in your world and live passionately. But before we go running out to play, we have a standard procedure.

1. Fitness Assessments
Screening clients is essential. It is important for both client and trainer to know the base from which we are building on. A movement screen, a thorough health history and a review of goals are included in our intake screen.

2. Structured Workouts
Based on the results of the screen, each KS athlete will know what (s)he knows what to do next independently and in group to better impact their fitness. We have a wide range of active integrated workouts to produce measurable  results. Improve your coordination, agility, quickness, mobility and balance.

3. Goal-setting
No trainer can guarantee results. We need to have share in your vision. If you want to see progress you need to be present, disciplined and consistent.

4. Exercise consciously with online tools.
KS athletes are encouraged to keep exercise journals. We can not monitor what we do not measure.
