A. KINETIC Sculpt® is holistic training, it is about training movement not muscles.
The class emphasis is on understanding movement quality. Each session is run like a workshop where students are encouraged to question. We teach exercise concepts and cue accordingly. Thus, every class is different. Moving by rote will have you living in a world of diminishing returns.
With a mix of exercises, drills and unconventional training tools, you will be surprised what you can do with something as ordinary as a towel. Participants are only limited by their imaginations.

Strength Training System
Every exercise is either a push or a pull. Learn the basics of exercise and how cue the muscles to perform multi-joint movements with integrity. Training with a purpose. Intermediate to advanced.

Sports Conditioning/ Movement System
After a warm-up of dynamic stretches, be coached in athletic movement skills and drills to make you faster, more agile, powerful and reduce risk of injury. We switch out the drills seasonally. Intermediate to advanced.
KINETIC Sculpt®: Core-Set
Foundational Strength (Abs, Back, Balance, Core) System
Learn to integrate the muscles of your hips, torso & shoulders with stability and strength exercise sets. Learn proper alignment to gain strength and power with less fatigue and less risk for injury. Great for beginners.
KINETIC Sculpt®: Limber
Flexibility & Prehab (Injury Prevention) System
Keeping muscle tissue healthy is a necessity. This active workout will target the stretch and strengthening of all the muscles in the body. Though moving slowly, be prepared to sweat. All Levels.

Grip Strength/ Power/ Balance/ Injury Prevention or Pre-hab
Build strength and stability around your body’s most vulnerable areas, while improving mobility, balance, and joint function. All you need is conscious focus and a towel. Best class for beginners and Baby Boomers.
