This is why I compiled a Checklist of 85 Reasons Why People Fail at Exercise. This list has been successful in allowing people to see, in themselves, individual character traits that lead to their un-doing.

Here are the Directions:

Step One: Print the page or Download the PDF
Step Two: Tick off the boxes that apply
Step Three: If it takes longer than 5 seconds to think about it. Check it.
Step Four: Now that you have the checklist filled out. Review it.
Step Five: Strategize to do the opposite of everything you checked off.


If you can speed read, read the video. The point is to DO something positive to move your life in a direction that heals and empowers. No excuse is worth your well-being.

You are now on the path to EXERCISING CONSCIOUSLY.
