Final EXtreme Workout for the Summer

KINETIC Sculpt® O EXtreme Endurance Challenge

1. For 90 Minutes Non-stop everything you know, and think you know, will be tested.
Run. Walk. Jump. Crawl. Climb. Lift. Push. Pull. Carry your own weight.

2. All of NYC is our playground.
The route changes on every run. No course is ever the same. If you are training for a marathon, make it your cross-training day.

3. Timed Intervals
Each athletic challenge is set to time and FOCUS is on accuracy and form not just completion. If you don’t perform well, you will be offered a correction and instructed to do it again.

4. New Walk Route
Some athletes want to push but have limitations. There is a new course for them. However once you decide to take this route you can’t switch back.
